Operator and acceptance
Almavora LLC provides the Almavora app and related services. These terms are effective October 6, 2026. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. The initial offering is for United States athletes age 14 and older. Athletes under 18 need verified parent or legal guardian approval and must understand and accept the athlete terms. Training safely
Almavora provides training guidance and record keeping. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent a medical condition, provide medical clearance or replace a qualified coach or health professional. Choose exercise within your ability and equipment, use appropriate supervision and follow stop guidance. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms. Seek urgent help for an emergency. Progress estimates and assessments have limitations and do not guarantee performance or eligibility.
Your account and private information
Provide accurate eligibility information, protect credentials and use only an account you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate another person, evade eligibility or access controls, upload material without rights, harass others or interfere with the service. Minor accounts remain private; guardian approval is not permission for public disclosure, a purchase, AI sharing or coach health-data access. Training access may be paused if eligibility or guardian approval is incomplete, withdrawn or expired.
Subscriptions and displayed offers
Where subscriptions are available, the purchase screen shows the actual provider price, period and renewal terms before confirmation. Standard web pricing is USD 39 per month or USD 234 per year. A validated eligible coach code offers USD 29 per month or USD 174 per year with an ongoing renewal discount under that offer. Apple storefront pricing is shown by Apple and may differ from web annual pricing. A planned price is not proof that a product is available. Subscriptions renew until cancelled under the provider’s terms. An app-managed trial does not create an Apple billing trial or authorize a charge.
Cancellation restoration and refunds
Manage Apple subscriptions through the Apple Account used for purchase. Restore purchases requests verification of an existing Apple purchase and does not create a subscription. Manage web subscriptions through the provider portal when available. Cancellation normally stops future renewal; current-period access follows provider terms. Apple purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Contact support about other purchase or access questions. Account deletion is separate from cancellation. Historical records and support/deletion functions are not hidden solely because a subscription expires.
Coach codes and attribution
A coach code can select an eligible price before purchase. Referral attribution locks at the first successful paid purchase and cannot be reassigned by changing a code later. Refunds and corrections remain in an audit history. A code or commission arrangement gives a coach no authority over an athlete’s private training or health information. Almavora does not promise NCAA eligibility, scholarships, recruitment, NIL compliance or earnings; consult the relevant school and athletics authority.
Content rights and availability
Almavora and its licensors retain rights in their software, branding and training content. You retain rights in material you provide and permit processing needed to operate your account and requested features. Upload only material you are entitled to use. Content and optional capabilities may change; saved training records and accepted work require a compatible recovery path. Public social, Film and third-party AI chat are disabled in the current launch configuration.
Ending use and resolving questions
You can stop using the service, cancel renewal with the purchase provider and initiate account deletion. We may restrict access to protect athletes, comply with law or address misuse. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law.
